Has everyone heard of the Couch to 5K program? It's basically a training program that gets you from where you are now to being able to run 3 miles on a regular basis in three months. I don't know about actual running, but being able to jog 3 miles would be pretty cool. I started today, I did my first workout at the gym and it wasn't too bag, definitely challenging but I didn't feel like i was going to die or anything :) If anyone is interested, there's also a Couch to 5K group on Ravelry for support. Is anyone else doing this or thinking about giving it a try?
